Rama cleansed himself doing aachamana three times and chanted this hymn three times looking at the sun and took up his bow and arrow.

Seeing Ravana ready for battle,Rama put forth all his effot with a determination to destroy Ravana

Knowing that the destruction predators of the night was near,Aaditya who was at the center of the assembly of deities exclaimed in delight to hurry up. Lord Rama took up the bow in hs arms,seeing Ravana ready to fight,and put forth all his efforts to destroy Ravana
